Your Responsibilities Descriptions:
– Support prepare creative ideas and proposal for new job pitching
– Support prepare budget planning for project execution ensure project budget been controlled.
– Responsible to monitor video quality during execution ensure the shooting, editing, posting, preview and finalized ensure deliverable able to meet client expectation.
– Responsible handle all clients topics on project related ensure meet client satisfaction during video execution phase.
Your Qualification and Experiences
– Required Degree in mass communication or experience in TV/Film/Commercial videos productions.
– Preferably with 3 – 5 years experience in similar industrial. Fresh graduation with high initiate or Diploma with similar experience will consider as Deputy Producer.
– Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
– Creative, initiative with good ideas to propose for project bidding and ability to lead a meeting to present proposal concept ideas to client
– Ability to lead client preview meeting
– Coaching and ability to foster teamwork.
Your Attributes and Skills:
– Ability to control and monitoring project within budget and work within timeline
– Ability to interface various parties including client, agency, third party and sub-contractors
– Fluent in oral/written English/Malay/Mandarin language
– Able to converse in foreign languages would be an added advantage
– Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skill and influencing skills
